I don’t know about you, but the word “organic” really speaks to my heart. That was how I discovered Bareburger. As soon as we have moved to the US, we found ourselves lost in the jungle that is the Financial District without a clue of where to eat until a saw this amazing magical word.
We open the door and walked into some kind of a hunter’s Pinterest board. I must admit that the hole decor really caught my attention. The happiness and charisma of the crew was another plus, and of course, I was intrigued by the menu options. Not every burger shop offers elk and bison meat on a regular basis.
The company’s philosophy is to buy ingredients from small farms that produce in an organic and sustainable way. In their website you will find a shout out to the farm of the month, so you get to know the people who are satisfying your hunger. Even though I’m not a big meat fan myself, it’s very good to support people who are working for a more ethical and conscious way of consuming.
If you are a lover of the classic hamburger and french fries combo you have to try Bareburger. Vegetarians will also find a lot of green goodies full of delicious ingredients. Hope you like it!
